From a professional standpoint, I have a degree in International Relations and a Master's in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. I speak Spanish, Galician, English, French, and some Portuguese.

Durga Loto
It began as a personal project and has gradually evolved into offering services. In 2018, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine , becoming a certified practitioner two years later. In 2020, I completed Reiki Usui up to level 3, or Reiki Master . In 2022, I studied Akashic Records . In 2024, I finished a Master's degree in Therapeutic Yoga . I have also completed other courses and internships in:

- Archangels Course
- Spiritual Guides Course
- Nonviolent Communication
- Energy cleansing of relationships
- Meditation courses (various levels and techniques)
